




We pride ourselves in providing the best in high performance game servers. We understand there is nothing worse than spending your hard earned cash and being disappointed by your purchase. We also know that running your own game server can be a daunting task, and we believe in treating our customers with a fair and reasonable satisfaction guarantee.
Whilst the situations below may describe various ways of appropriating a full or partial refund, NordikServer reserves the right to decline a refund request for any or no reason at its sole discretion.
Refunds may be issued either as credit to the customer's account or processed back through the same payment gateway used for the original purchase (e.g. PayPal or credit/debit card).
If during the first 168 hours (7 days) after purchase a customer is not satisfied or no longer wants the service, they will be granted a full refund, per the eligibility described herein.
Beyond our seven day guarantee (section III), mid-service cancellation does not guarantee any refund. NordikServer may assign credit at its discretion, but this is analysed on a case-by-case basis.
If our hardware, network, or service platform fail for any continuous period exceeding one hour, you may be eligible for a partial credit refund or service extension. Contact support to assess the potential for a refund.
Not all of our products or services are eligible for a refund.
If a customer feels that we've wronged them, we ask them kindly to speak with us to resolve the issue before creating a dispute or chargeback with their payment provider.
If a chargeback or refund creates a fee to NordikServer by a payment gateway, the customer is responsible for paying that fee and may be billed accordingly.
Unpaid chargeback fees will be outsourced to a collection agency as per our Terms of Service section IIIa.
