Montreal, September 12, 2026 — NordikServer now officially hosts Uptime: A Cloud Provider Sim. The first-person infrastructure sim — from a garage to a hyperscaler — now has a dedicated server with us, in Quebec.
From the first rack in the garage to a full datacenter: your cloud runs here, around the clock.
What is Uptime?
Uptime is not a top-down tycoon. You are on the floor: you buy the servers, seat them in the rack, and pull every cable to the port. Ports, power, fault domains, RSTP, and BGP do real work — not flavour text.
- Deterministic simulation: every machine, switch, cable, and port is a live entity
- You sell real cloud: VMs, storage, managed databases, Kubernetes, load balancers
- Customers are commitments: reputation is slow to earn and gone in an instant
- Early Access on Steam, for Windows, macOS, and Linux
What this means for your server
You no longer have to host the session at home. A NordikServer dedicated server stays online even when your PC is off. To get started:
- Open the Uptime page and pick the plan that fits your community.
- Order — or try the 24-hour free trial first.
- Deploy from the Pterodactyl panel, then connect your players.
- Back up regularly: a broadcast storm in-game is manageable; a lost save is not.
Host Uptime on NordikServer
Quebec infrastructure, NVMe storage, Gaming Anti-DDoS protection, and the Pterodactyl panel: your virtual cloud provider runs on real Canadian metal.

About Uptime
Uptime: A Cloud Provider Sim is a first-person infrastructure simulator. You build a cloud provider by hand, from the first server in a garage to the aisles of a datacenter. NordikServer hosts Quebec and Canadian communities who want to play it together on a dedicated server.
